Backed by over 125 years of heritage, leading Swedish outdoor knife brand Mora has introduced two exciting new models into its range for 2017. The company produces more than 3 million blades a year at its Swedish factory and every Mora knife is set apart from the competition by a unique and highly expert hardening and tempering process that results in an incredibly strong and hardwearing blade.
Handled in the UK by leading outdoor distributor Rosker Ltd, for 2017 Mora has unveiled its first ever full-tang knife – the powerful new Garberg. The perfect choice for tougher outdoor or bushcraft tasks, the Garberg is the result of popular demand from Mora’s consumers. The full-tang knife features a robust 3.2mm thick blade with an easy-to-sharpen ‘scandi grind’ and ground spine that can be used with a fire starter. The knife has an ultra-strong polyamide handle and is available with either a multi-mount compatible or luxurious full-grain leather protective sheath.
The new range also includes the colourful Eldris knife. Small but perfectly formed, the Eldris has been designed to bridge the gap between pockets knives and multi-tools and at just under 6cm long, can be easily stored inside a pocket. It features a secure blade for easily handling everyday outdoor tasks and comes with a protective sheath. There is also a kit version that comes complete with a neck lanyard and Firestarter.
