Closing on Wednesday 28th June, the awards are still open for last minute entries from brands across the outdoor industry.

Columbia Sportswear has signed a five-year partnership deal with the UK’s National Parks, making Columbia the official outfitter of the National Parks’ rangers and staff.
Signing a five-year partnership with the National Parks forms a vital part in helping Columbia become meaningful to UK outdoor consumers considering 88% of the 49 million yearly visitors come from the UK and 90% believe the parks are important or extremely important to their lives.
The partnership means that Columbia will be outfitting almost 2,000 National Park staff for the next five years, including 300 rangers.
The announcement was made at a special event in London on 23rd May, which was hosted by TV presenter and outdoorswoman Julia Bradbury and in the presence of National Parks Partnerships representatives, National Parks Rangers, Columbia representatives and the Outdoor Industry Association. Read More

This year’s event marks the European Outdoor Summit’s fifth year – what can attendees expect?

The first event, OTS 2006, took place in in Hall 1 at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, with 46 exhibitors booking stand space and attracting 621 visitors, all praising the show and the venue.
Due to the increased demand for space, the show moved to the larger Hall 2 at Stoneleigh Park in 2007 which offered 50% more space – it was again a sell out with 888 visitors and 85 exhibitors, and has continued to grow ever since. Read More
